How do I know if your bracelets, earrings, or necklaces are the right size for me?
All product descriptions include sizing information.
To make necklace shopping easier for you, I have listed some common necklace sizes in picture and text form on this page. It is also linked from each necklace product page. I hope to eventually add similar pages for earrings and bracelets. Feel free to contact me if you need further assistance.
I live outside of the United States. Can I still order?
Yes, I am happy to ship to any country by USPS! However, I can not take responsibility for items lost in the mail.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Square or PayPal, so I never see your payment information.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store, but you can use one if you want to.
How much is shipping?
All US shipping is free for orders of $130 or more. Orders under $130 ship by USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $6.50. You will receive a tracking number once your item is on its way.
I’m happy to send my jewelry around the world! International orders ship by First Class International Mail. Shipping times and rates vary by country, and the recipient is responsible for covering any import taxes, VAT or other fees charged by their country’s customs authorities. Unfortunately I can not take responsibility for items lost in the mail.
How will my order ship?
US orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $6.50. International orders ship by USPS First Class International Mail. Please refer to International Shipping above.
How soon will my order ship?
Most items are made to order. Since I’m a one-woman-shop, please allow for 7-10 days of production time. Should it take longer than that for any reason, I will get in touch with you immediately. I ship all US orders by USPS priority mail, which delivers in 2-5 business days. See the item descriptions for specific shipping times.

Returns, Losses and Repairs
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of shipping for a refund or shop credit. Contact me to arrange a return.
I lost an earring. Can I buy just one to replace it?
I happily offer single earring replacements. Contact me to make arrangements.
Do you offer repairs?
Due to the intricate nature of my jewelry, most pieces will likely have to be replaced if damaged. Please contact me with details/pictures of the damage, so I can determine if the item can be repaired or needs to be replaced.
